How big are the candy cups?

Candy cups come in two sizes: small and large. The small cups are 6 oz by volume and the large cups are 13 oz by volume. Cup weight will vary by candy.

 

How much do the candy cups cost?

Small cups are $7-$9 each, while large cups are $12 each.

 

Do I need to sign up for anything to make a purchase?

No sign-up or subscription is necessary! You can create an account to make it easier to check-out, track orders, and add mouthwatering candies to your wishlist! Or, you can use the guest check-out option.    

 

Is there a minimum (or maximum) purchase requirement?

There is no minimum purchase amount and no limit to how many Candy Club cups you can purchase! Buy 2 cups, 100 cups, or something in the middle. There are no limits here.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards: American Express, Diner’s Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, and Visa.

We also accept PayPal, PayPal Credit, and Google Pay.

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

How much does shipping cost?

For orders below $40, there's a standard charge of $10. However, we're delighted to offer complimentary shipping for orders over $40. How sweet!

 

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship anywhere in the continental United States (we’re sorry Alaska and Hawaii!). We will be expanding our shipping coverage later this year.

 

Can I return my candy if I don’t like it?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on candies as they are perishable goods.

If there is an issue with any of your products, please take a picture of the issue and email us at customerservice@candyclub.com.

 

How long will it take the candies to get to me after I order?

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days. Delivery estimates are based on your location and shipping method selected.

 

CANDY SELECTIONS

 

Are these the only candies you offer?

Definitely not! We are currently promoting seasonal and rotating selections — so if you see something you like, grab it now! It might not be available the next time around.

 

Why are there no chocolates available to buy?

We don’t ship chocolates or similar candies during summer months to avoid candy arriving melted. Currently, we are only selling candy that is heat-friendly. Check back in during cooler months for our chocolate selections!

 

Are your candies certified gluten-free, vegan, non-GMO, etc.?

Unfortunately, not. We are pleased to offer gluten-free, vegan, non-GMO, etc. candies. However, all of our candies are handled and processed in a facility that handles dairy, soy, egg, peanut, tree nut (almond, pecan, and brazil nuts), and wheat products. Cross contamination may occur.

If you have serious allergies to certain ingredients, we recommend not purchasing products.   

 

Do you have sugar-free candy?

Not currently! We’re always adding to our selections so check back in on us in the future!

I'm unable to locate my Candy Club Subscription. What should I do?

If you're having difficulty finding your Candy Club Subscription, it's possible that your account is associated with our older platform. To manage your subscription, please visit our legacy website at subscriptions.candyclub.com. This dedicated site allows you to access and manage your subscription details.
